Despite the shoulder injury I will keep the same goals as last year. Not only have I’ve been experiencing physical challenges but my computer appear to be suffering from old age so bear with me until I can get access to my old files. Once all is fixed I will update the project thermometer.
As we say goodbye to 2014 one of the best crochet techniques I learned in 2014 was Becky Simmons continuously-join-as-you-go techniques. If you are into squares and don’t like sewing in a lot of ends you definitely need to try this technique. Another highlight of 2014 is the continued generosity of T. Hillier and her bags of goodies she creates. I also want to acknowledge the ongoing support from my Toronto Hookups Crochet Guild fellow members through their individual projects, assisting with assembling blankets and making squares for the blankets.
I normally don’t make resolutions for a new year but for 2015 my wish is to finish off the various WIPs (works in progress), discover new patterns and blogs and most importantly make some inroads into my stash. I desperately need to free up some space…LOL
Wishing you and yours all the best for 2015.
