Welcome to the Brampton & Greater Area (GTA) Chapter of Warming Families!!!
Find out how you can craft or donate warm items for those who are homeless, displaced or in nursing homes.
Items collected are donated to three shelters in the GTA area: Interim Place II, a shelter for women and children; Wilkinson Road Shelter, a homeless shelter; and the Honeychurch Family Life Resource Centre, a shelter for women and children, the latter two are both administered by the Salvation Army. When there is a special project additional shelters in the GTA will receive the overflow items.  | What's New or Upcoming?

As we start a new year what better way to celebrate 2012
than helping those who are less fortunate. Items we
need include: hats, ear warmers or headbands, scarves, mittens and gloves. I
will accept donations up until February 29th.
