It's hard to believe that we are only 2 months away from end of this challenge; it's time to get serious. This morning suddenly the clear blue skies turned dark and minutes later I looked on in disbelief at a blizzard of snow pellets that came out of nowhere. It was a wakeup call that winter is right around the corner bringing with it the need to put the knitting needles and crochet hook into high gear.

URGENT... if you sent me an email message between September 30 and October 2, 2010 would you please resend. Something happened to my email account and some messages were lost. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are an intermediate level knitter try this "Fallen Leaves Scarf" that showcases various stitches. The pattern can be found at http://www.knittingdaily.com/media/p/47103.aspx or follow along with the video from Knitting Daily. If you’re like me you’re in denial that summer is officially over and the thought of cooler days and evenings is somewhat depressing. But what better time to consider picking up those knitting needles, crochet hooks or knitting loom to start crafting warm items for this year’s challenge? There’s only 90 days left until the end of the challenge, but no pressure... LOL
